Cohen & Buckmann Welcomes Partner Megan Dubatowka Harrison to Executive Compensation Practice

By Sandra Cohen ·

Employment and executive compensation attorney Megan Dubatowka Harrison has joined Cohen & Buckmann as a partner on its Executive Compensation team.

An employment and executive compensation attorney, Megan advises on significant contract negotiations and sensitive employment matters. Her experience includes seven- and eight-figure contract negotiations, deferred compensation and bonus disputes, terminations and restrictive covenants. She has represented senior leaders at financial institutions, publicly traded companies and startups, resolving matters through negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and trial.

Her background brings a practical understanding of how compensation agreements are interpreted and challenged when employment relationships change. That perspective complements the firm’s work helping employers and management teams evaluate contractual protections and make informed decisions during negotiations and career transitions.

Megan also conducts internal investigations and counsels for professionals facing sensitive workplace allegations, giving her valuable insight into employment issues with financial and reputational consequences.

Megan’s arrival continues Cohen & Buckmann’s thoughtful growth as the firm marks its 10th anniversary.
