Qualified plans, ERISA, fiduciary advisory, multiple-employer plans, ESOPs.
Executive Compensation, Deferred Compensation (409A) and Tax;
Employment law, Non-Compete and Restrictive Covenants
Our lawyers work remotely from any location, addressing sophisticated issues for U.S. and international clients. Flex-time, part-time or full-time. This position can be Partner, Counsel or Senior Attorney level, and depends on your background and experience.

8+ years of employee benefits experience (including ERISA and the Internal Revenue Code) in private practice (although additional experience in government service, and/or in-house role may be useful)
Experience with fiduciary and corporate governance matters, a plus
Law degree from an accredited institution and active membership in good standing in at least one state bar
Superior analytical and legal skills, mature judgment, and innovative thinking
Consistent good judgment and ability to apply legal knowledge to help create practical business solutions
Flexibility, a positive attitude, a sense of humor, an entrepreneurial attitude about the business of law.
Unquestioned integrity and ethics in business and personal conduct
Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills to inspire confidence in clients
