Employment Law, Non-Compete and Restrictive Covenants
Our lawyers work remotely and hybrid, addressing sophisticated issues for U.S. and international clients. Flex-time, part-time or full-time. This position can be Partner, Counsel or Associate level, depending on your background and experience. To comply with certain state disclosure requirements, the base compensation range for this role is $100,000 to $200,000 (Part-Time) or $200,000 to $350,000 (Full Time), depending on your business experience, with each position eligible for substantial additional incentive compensation.

You can offer us:
3+ years experience in a private practice law firm, client facing role (10+ years for senior attorney roles)
Experience with fiduciary and corporate governance matters, a plus
Superior analytical and legal skills, mature judgment, and innovative thinking
