We are hiring experienced lawyers in the following areas:
Qualified Plans, ERISA, fiduciary advisory, multiple-employer plans, ESOPs.
Executive Compensation, Equity Compensation, Deferred Compensation (409A) and Tax;
Employment Law, Non-Compete and Restrictive Covenants
Our lawyers work remotely and hybrid, addressing sophisticated issues for U.S. and international clients. Flex-time, part-time or full-time. This position can be Partner, Counsel or Associate level, depending on your background and experience. To comply with state disclosure requirements, the compensation range for this role is $125,000 to $250,000 (Part-Time) or $200,000 to $400,000 (Full Time), depending on experience.

3+ years experience in a private practice law firm, client facing role
Experience with fiduciary and corporate governance matters, a plus
