Louis Akra is an associate whose practice focuses on executive compensation and employee benefits matters. His experience includes advising public and private companies on matters arising from mergers and acquisitions and senior executive hires, departures and transitions, as well as the taxation, design and implementation of benefit, equity and deferred compensation arrangements.

Before joining Cohen & Buckmann, Louis practiced in the executive compensation and employee benefits group at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP. Louis is admitted to practice in New York and Florida and speaks English and Spanish.
