Sherrone is an executive compensation and employee benefits attorney with substantial experience advising executives, founders, leadership teams, boards, startups, private equity-backed businesses and public companies on high-stakes compensation, equity, benefits and employment matters.
She helps senior executives and industry-leading companies make strategic decisions at critical moments, including employment transitions, liquidity events, corporate transactions, restructurings and leadership changes. Executives rely on Sherrone to negotiate employment agreements, equity awards, severance arrangements, consulting agreements, board service agreements and other compensation packages that are fair, competitive and aligned with their long-term goals.
