We offer consultations at a flat rate of $795 which covers up to one hour of legal advice, payable in advance. During this session, you will have the opportunity to discuss your situation, ask questions about your legal options, and gain an understanding of how we approach cases. We will review the information you provide, and during this initial consultation, we will outline potential strategies and discuss next steps for you.  We will explain our fee structure and the scope of services we offer.

Our discussions during the consultation are confidential and protected by attorney-client privilege. This meeting is designed to help you make informed decisions and determine whether our firm is the right fit for your needs. If both parties agree to move forward for further legal advice, we will provide an engagement letter that clearly sets out the terms of our relationship, including payment arrangements and next steps.
