Clara Salvai provides operational leadership to Cohen & Buckmann, partnering with Firm leadership to translate strategic priorities into disciplined, firmwide execution.

With more than 15 years of experience across law firms and other professional services organizations, she has guided organizations through periods of growth, modernization, and transformation.

Her experience includes building operational infrastructure and high-performing teams, supporting international expansion, cultivating cross-border partnerships and collaboration among firms, and implementing technology-enabled systems that strengthen organizational effectiveness and client service.

Clara’s educational background spans both law and business, and she is fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian.

A strong believer in investing in the next generation of legal professionals, she also serves as a mentor with The Legal Mentor Network, a nonprofit organization that connects law students with experienced mentors.
