Sandra Cohen and Carol Buckmann set out to operate as a senior-level boutique, focused exclusively on the benefits and compensation matters for which experience, judgment and discretion are essential. The aim was not growth for its own sake, but depth — and a model that could serve leading companies, executives and law firms facing their most consequential decisions.
Now, the market increasingly reflects that original belief, as specialized boutiques have become a go-to destination for premium advisory work.
