We are looking for experienced lawyers for a Partner, Counsel or Senior Associate position (Can be flex-time, part-time or full-time) in the following areas:
* Qualified plans, ERISA, fiduciary advisory, multiple-employer plans, ESOPs.
* Executive Compensation, Share Plans, Deferred Compensation (409A) and Tax;
* Employment law, Non-Compete and Restrictive Covenants

8+ years of employee benefits experience (including ERISA and the Internal Revenue Code) in private practice (although additional experience in government service, and/or in-house role may be useful)
Experience with fiduciary and corporate governance matters, a plus
Law degree from an accredited institution and active membership in good standing in at least one state bar
Superior analytical and legal skills, mature judgment, and innovative thinking
Consistent good judgment and ability to apply legal knowledge to help create practical business solutions
Flexibility, a positive attitude, a sense of humor, an entrepreneurial attitude about the business of law.
Unquestioned integrity and ethics in business and personal conduct
Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills to inspire confidence in clients
