Sandra Cohen is an executive compensation lawyer and co-founder of Cohen & Buckmann pc. She focuses her practice on complex negotiations, equity plans and taxation of deferred compensation. She regularly advises employment lawyers and their clients on tax matters and deferred compensation. Sandra is a popular speaker and author, and known for her talks on "Section 409A for Employment Lawyers."
