Dolores assists our clients and attorneys with employee benefits and executive compensation issues. Her range of experience over twenty-five years, includes qualified and nonqualified deferred compensation plans and qualified health and welfare benefit plans. A sampling of Dolores’ work includes:

• Retirement plan design, drafting and IRS qualification

• Health and welfare plan design, drafting and compliance

• Assists clients with plan interpretation to resolve and respond to employee issues and inquiries

• ERISA reporting and disclosure compliance and IRS correction programs

Prior to joining Cohen & Buckmann, Dolores spent 17 years as an employee benefits paralegal with a Fortune 200 financial services company.
