NEW YORK (January 26, 2024) - Cohen & Buckmann, P.C. is pleased to announce that Gretchen Harders has joined Cohen & Buckmann as a Partner, expanding the Firm’s experienced legal team in the area of employee benefits, qualified plans and executive compensation.

Gretchen is known for tackling complex tax and executive compensation issues and for her naturally kind demeanor, building immediate rapport and trust with every client. She brings 26 years of ERISA law experience, helping employers comply with retirement plan rules, and correcting pension plan qualification and fiduciary issues through the IRS and Department of Labor correction programs, as well as partnership compensation, equity plans and C-suite employment contracts.

Prior to joining Cohen & Buckmann, Gretchen was a shareholder of the firm, Epstein Becker & Green. Gretchen earned her B.A. from University of Chicago, and her J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School. Additionally, Gretchen is a trustee of the Helene Fuld School of Nursing and an active rotarian in the Rotary Club of the Palisades (New Jersey).
